Meeting Notes TemplateMeeting Notes Template. A simple meeting notes template (PDF) which can be used to keep track during any meeting. Complete by hand, copy and circulate immediately after the meeting. Note the top line: "Meeting Objective". If you want to save time in meetings, this is a crucial question to answer. Circulate this file to your colleagues.

Complexity AuditComplexity Audit. A quick and dirty tool (PDF) to assess just where your time is being consumed. An easy-to-use form which, if shared with colleagues and staff, could form the starting point of an improvement program.

Make it Simple posterMake it Simple Poster An A4-sized poster (PDF) containing a simple reminder to 'Make it Simple' by asking three fundamental questions: are we making things easier to do, easier to use, easier to understand? Print it out and post it in front of you on the desk, on noticeboards or anywhere else you think the message of simplicity needs to be heard.

Process Mapping TemplateProcess Mapping Template A Microsoft Excel file which is a simple process mapping tool. This file uses small shapes and 'connector' arrows to create a 'deployment' chart showing what is done and by whom. Save the file and then modify it to suit your needs. Copy freely, but please keep the footer in place. Email us with any questions.

Project Action TemplateAction List Template A Microsoft Excel file which can be used as a simple planning and tracking template for project management. The spreadsheet helps you divide a project into intermediate objectives and then single actionable tasks - with responsibility and due dates. Being a spreadsheet, the size of the table can be expanded as the project grows and new objectives or tasks are uncovered, the whole table growing with the project. Try filling completed lines with pale blue or grey.
