About The Centre for Business Simplification
Since 2001, The Centre for Business Simplification has been dedicated to helping managers reduce and cope with complexity in the modern workplace.
We work with managers and their teams to help them create clear plans and build streamlined processes, creating effective, well-run businesses.
Founder, David Brewster, has wide ranging experience as a manager, consultant, educator and speaker. His 20 year career to date has included stints as a Researcher, a Quality Control Manager, a Production Manager, a National Operations Manager, a Recruitment Consultant and a Senior Management Consultant.
David's experience has covered small, medium and large organisations - both in manufacturing and the service sector.
Larger clients have included Amcor, the ANZ Bank, BHP Billiton, Nestle, St John of God Healthcare, Cengage Australia (formerly Thomson Learning) and Lanes Biscuits.
David speaks professionally and presents regularly to businesses, conferences and voluntary organisations. He also writes a monthly newsletter and has had articles published in over a dozen online and print magazines. He is the author of two books: Success with Simplicity : Take Management Back to Basics and One Bite at a Time : How Every Manager can use Six Sigma to Make a Difference (co-authored with Gary Calwell).
